Fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli has made an unexpected request in his divorce proceedings with Full House actress Lori Loughlin, following nearly 28 years of marriage. According to court documents reported by Page Six, Giannulli, 63, has asked a Los Angeles court to determine whether either spouse should receive financial support and whether one should contribute to the other’s legal fees.
Unlike Loughlin, 62, who referenced their prenuptial agreement in her September divorce filing, Giannulli reportedly made no mention of the agreement in his response. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending their marriage.
Loughlin listed August 31, 2025, as their separation date, while Giannulli left that section blank.
The former couple, who share two adult daughters, previously faced public scrutiny over the 2019 college admissions scandal. Their divorce proceedings now raise questions about how their finances will be resolved.
